Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made by telephone or via our online booking service - you will be asked to provide credit/debit card details in order to secure the booking. Alternatively you can send a cheque to cover one night's stay. Payment is required upon departure. Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to 3 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellations within 3 days of arrival we will endeavour to re-let the room, but reserve the right to charge for one night's accommodation should this not be possible.
